There are occasionally glitches in the android market "paid app download process". Some days these problems happen, most days they do not. Try asking your customers to try again later, or the next day. Normally cancelling the order and making a new one will solve it. For me the previous weekend was a particular problem (especially Sunday 18th July 2010)...
