Thank you so much,
by using the FLAG_DEBUG_LOG_RESOLUTION, i finaly found out what I did
wrong.
I send the Id as a Stirng but it was needed as an long.
I added following line in App B:
noteIntent.addFlags(Intent.FLAG_DEBUG_LOG_RESOLUTION);
and the System started talking to me :)
