For those who do not feel that traversing tons of C++ code to get "the real truth" is their cup of tea, I wonder if somebody from the Android core team could elaborate a bit on what is possible to do in Java with respect to browser extensions?
In particular: - Support for the HTML "Object" type - Adding a MIME type decoder and getting the browser environment as well - NS Plugin API - Adding JavaScript objects Anyhing else that could be useful in this context.
