I am now modifying the Launcher in cupcake and can not use the method bindAppWidgetId for lack of BIND_WIDGET permission, and I've added the android.permission.BIND_WIDGET in the manifest. I know that the bindAppWidgetId method cannot used for a common application but I cannot understand why can't I use it in the src of Launcher in cupcake.
