I do not see within the LVL documentation and example app who/what/ where you specify the frequency with which license checks must be performed.
I would expect that we could just new up a ServerManagedPolicy and set these parameters on it. Are we intended to modify the actual file ServerManagedPolicy.java (rather than subclass it) to overwrite the private final statics therein? I see that some of this comes via extras on the Intent... but that seems to imply to me that the Market console will have a place from where I specify these parameters, as it is the source of these extras (I'd guess?)
