Bump... Just got back from vacation and am still unable to upgrade ADT to 0.9.9. Tried detouring through 0.9.8 but ran into the same problem. Any news, anyone?
I'm really hoping to avoid the pain of wiping, reinstalling, and reconfiguring Eclipse from scratch. Like I don't have anything better to do.
