Hi Greg, I think caller id is not sent by the phone that makes the call but is actually served to the receiving phone by the company at the other end.
This might exists as an option in some professionnal phone contract. You should call the phone company which have the sale's staff contract. I'm not sure but you could also take a look at google voice that gives a fair amount of freedom with what you do with your phone numbers. But It won't be Android related.
