No, it is not easier to ask.

It is not easier for us to answer, and it is not easier for you,
either, because the official directions in the official documentation
have had a lot more thought and consideration put into their writing
than anything we could offer.

I strongly suggest you take TreKing's advice, and go read the official
Android documentation.  It's the easier, better approach.

On the other hand, once you have done so, if you have questions about
best practices, how to write an effective description, etc., then this
group is the appropriate place for that sort of question.
