I don't really agree with this.

I find that, especially for RelativeLayout, it's really a lot quicker
to drag and drop than to edit the XML. It's also, in theory, a lot
easier to see how things are related -- but this needs to be improved.

On the other hand, any time savings was more than eaten up by it
sticking in a couple of layout attributes I didn't expect, and
couldn't easily see because it so BADLY formats the XML it generates.

((Disclaimer -- I haven't looked at the preview releases))

I think that a few fixes will make it pretty usable. A basic problem
is that you can completely lose items off the screen, and there's no
OBVIOUS way to drag or drop them anywhere. I think you can do it from
the outline, but that just didn't occur to me, even after selecting
the missing item on the outline.

I think when you DO select an item, it should indicate somehow where
it's attached. That will clear up a lot of mysteries.
