Solution for my problem. actually there was no problem in emulator or any thing else.
Now what exactly was this problem that my eclipse internal memory was set to 385mb in eclipse.ini I opened eclipse.ini and increase it to 1024 as i have enough memory on my Laptop. its working perfect now. if some one is facing the same problem you can try this out.
