Hello all: I have exported my android project using eclipse and I have a signed .apk. However, when I installed it on a device to test it. It would never launch. I just get a black screen and if I press the home or menu buttons on the device it takes forever to go back to the home screen. When I check the list of applications it's listed as running but not under the "All" tab. If I kill it from the running list then it shows up in the all category. It seems like it's not installing the complete app or something. I'm new to Android development and this is my first app, however it's not my first time programming. The device I'm testing on is:
Droid2 non-global, Android 2.2, system version 2.3.20.a955 The app works just fine on the emulator that's targeting sdk version 2.2. I'm not really sure what steps I can take to fix this as it seems to be fine when I test on the emulator.
