Hello Jake In one of our apps, we've created a debug log table for these types of things. We send out a debug version of the app which writes all relevant messages to this table. Then we have a button in the app to allow the user to send us an email file containing the log information (or we have this done automatically in the case an exception surfaces out of our code). Works pretty well and its fairly easy to setup.
