Create a bug report on http://b.android.com I dont' see anything wrong with your code. Using the emulator, try to determine on which Android SDK level it broke on and file a bug report. Put "Regression", "Honeycomb" and "3.0" in the title, if it applies so that you get some Google people to pay attention. Don't expect a respone, but with any luck, it will be fixed in the next SDK update.
