Getting the same here. Sales have slowed. Users are giving my app 1 star and angry comments. This is ridiculous! If Google is going to do maintenance or if there is something going on that is preventing payment processing, then they should let us know. Now I have a bunch of users who want the app, but the payments won't process and the app won't install.
