An android-xmlrpc might be cool, a good library for handling such networking would be a great thing actually (I wouldn't use xmlrpc in all cases, but in some, yes). Nevertheless, I was unable to get a peek at the code, are you using the Google Code SVN hosting for that project, or not? At present the trunk is empty:
