Of course not, that's ridiculous. There has never been a GUI that can even come close to the functionality you get with typing code using the programming language.
Of course, betting your career on Android is ridiculous too. Strive to become a good programmer and engineer, then you won't be short of job offers, ever. This is because those interfaces are not turing complete. They're useless once you reach a certain level of complexity. This is why browser apps are only for the most basic of apps.
