For layout of the pages, samples, etc., I'll skip that here and just look at the Developer's Forum pages on those topics.
But I do have other questions. First, background on my app. It's a collection of some of my photography favorites (this one will be from the Scenic/Nature category). I don't really expect the app itself to make much (it's going to be free, ad-supported, with a $2.00 donation to remove the ads), but I am hoping that the photos themselves will sell off-Market as photo-posters (some of them have already sold for $75 and up, but I was right in the middle of the whole cancer ordeal, and not able to follow up at the time). So, what I'm looking for are suggestions on free web servers that are PayPal friendly (some are NOT), where I can build a "shopping list" type page using PayPal buttons so people can order photo posters if they want to. Second, I grew up surrounded by science/engineering, and before the cancer knocked me out of work, USAF Special Operations Intelligence. I don't know ANYTHING about marketing. Suggestions? Details, please...remember, I know less about Marketing than I know about quantum physics, M theory, and parallel universes...and I don't know much on those topics. As always, a pointer to an idiot's guide to marketing (in THAT field, I AM an idiot) would be a fantastic response. Finally, and I realize this is asking a lot, so I'm not holding my breath, if there is anyone who wouldn't mind answering the odd stupid question offline, via e-mail, on any of this, please let me know.
