I have a location based program fail on a test with a Samsung Galaxy in Denmark. The longitude and latitude are returned as a floating point numbers which String.format converts to a string using a comma as a decimal separator. When this is included in a URL to be sent to a php program the system fails. Presumably the comma does some bad things in a URL.
