Pavel, It sounds like you're trying to do hardware development, and the SDK isn't really designed for this. You can modify the source and, assuming you have a developer device, flash your new system on to your device.
Its unlikely that any device will ever support simultaneous access to the SD card by the device and a host computer. The file system of the SD card (FAT32) is not designed for this type of multi-host access.
