I think with Google "Tags" app it only readd one Ndef message (one smart poster with url) - tbc
Also many tags are small and it might be tough to get two messages on them... If you host the apk or have a url on your server that has a link or redirects to the apk in the market, then if you form the url in the smart you can do both with one url. Catch your hostname or path in your app and if app is not installed user can open in "tags" app and get to apk. Need to pass info to your app in same url paths or parameters. If you want other type of ndef (not smart poster) it won't work. NFC apostle don't yet let you specify url pattern in Need intent filter so you will have to parse out your own url from any ndefs found in your app after starting on tag.
