The OP said: "As I have a consent with the customer, that he has all the right of the application and code, so i cannot upload the application in the android market" So my understanding is that his "customer" is someone that paid him to make the app and he's sending the APK not to a random user but to the person that hired him so that that person can test the app. The OP's concern was with the customer taking the last build of the APK and running off and never paying him for his work.
