I've just published my first paid app, a 'Pro' version of my free app. I've got two things I'm trying to understand:
1) One my users is from Israel and he says that his order cannot be processed. Google says that the credentials are incorrect. Do I need to do something special to allow international puchases? 2) Google says 4 installs but 0 active installs. But I see that I successfully processed some orders. Isn't an active install one that is being used - ergo one that was paid for?
