I have a free application that I'd like to add an AdMob advertisement to. I'm planning on adding an in-app purchase option to remove the advertisement. If I do that, will my application now only be available to countries that support purchasing on the Market? Or, will everyone still be able to download it but only certain countries can use the in-app purchasing piece?
