I have a student in one of my classes with a Windows 7 notebook and (I think) the latest Android dev tools. Ctrl-F11/F12 isn't rotating the emulator window. I saw on StackOverflow reference to Ctrl-Win-F11, but that doesn't seem to do it either.
Anyone with a Win7 machine know the key combination for changing screen orientation in the emulator?
