Last week tested my application on Galaxy 10.1 tab and everything worked fine, but on Acer SipManager.isApiSupported and SipManager.isVoipSupported return false. The device was specifically bought for VOIP application development. Requirements for android SIP: 1) Android 2.3 or higher. 2) Data connection 3) SIP account. I meet all the requirements.
