I have had a few reports from users of my apps that after resetting their phone, They can download my apps but no longer load them because the license check fails.
I have check with those that have reported this to me that they are using the same phone & have setup the same google account that they used to make the purchase. I'm using the serverManagedPolicy, not really sure what I can do. It works fine for most people. Appears to be specifically related to resetting the device.
