It's started, but the default home app is crashing. Try to hook it up to USB and adb install a third party launcher while this is showing and reboot. Next boot you should have a choice of launchers, select the one you installed.
Not guaranteeing this will work, or any particular home app will, but Android is at least loading successfully.
