Ummm, think about the question...is it possible to block updates on
SOMEONE ELSE'S DEVICE.  No, of course it isn't, unless you aren't you,
but instead, you are everyone else.  But then, if you are everyone else,
and you're trying to block updates on devices owned by everyone that
isn't you, you'd have to be them instead.  But if you're them, you aren't
everyone else, now are you?  ;-}
