Update: Well it seems, that the problem itsself is the adb server. The adb server won't update the device list when starting new avd (adb server already running). Is there an option that I don't have to kill adb server and restart it to update the manged device list? I didn't had this issue one month ago. Somthing changed and I don't know what it is.
