Flaws tied to hardware pretty much mean I need my hands on the hardware to be able to test effectively. If this were a flaw in, say, the contacts implementation, I would see if DeviceAnywhere, TestDroid, LessPainful, apkudo, etc. had a Desire S in their respective fleets and diagnose things that way.
