Albert ...thank you for your interest I don't think the problem is SDK revision, but I think that some process on my PC goes into conflation with eclipse ADT and adb, because when I turn on my pc and this works very well... I start eclipse and the emulator works!!! but when I close and open eclipse I get the following error: "Failed to parse the output of 'adb version' "
