Otherwise, you may use OpenCV to help you recoginising eyes, then do red eye reduction. What do you mean by "OpenCV lib is useful.but unable to use that." You don't know to how to remove red eye with OpenCV OR you are unable to use OpenCV on Android? You'd better describe your question more clearly.
