I have a requirement to allow multiple text areas to be placed over
top of an image on Android at specified locations.

Envision a image of a face for example. Say the user clicks nose over
to the side in a selection area of some sort. I want a text area
saying "Nose" to appear above the nose when they do that. Then say
they select eyes. Same thing happens with another text box while the
first one remains active over the nose as well.

I've dug around and don't see how this can be done. I know that you
have hover a text box over an image, but to do that at a specified
location on the image I am not so sure about.

How can this be done?
