I created a file custom_rules.xml and added a <target...> rule
But when I run ant it gives me this error:
custom_rules.xml:11: Unexpected element "{}
target" {antlib:org.apache.tools.ant}target
If I place the rule in the build.xml it works fine.
So how do I get it to work in the custom_rules.xml file which gets
imported by build.xml?
