Hi, there! I´m new in android world and I have to publish a free application that will allow people access from it (users don´t need to leave the application to access the content) and download free content in it. How could I do this? What steps should I follow?
When researching in android developers, I´ve found the information about in-app billing, but it doesn´t solves my problem cause it doesn ´t accept the value $0,00 as the price of the content.
