OK I'm tipping my hand as a newbie here, but when I read this transcript I thought it implied that vendors aren't making geolocation features available to developers. Am I reading this right? Is this true for Android? What about the iPhone? It seems really hard to believe...but I just started exploring Android and know even less about what Apple is doing, so .... ?
