This probably doesn't belong on android-developers, and your questions aren't really making sense. About all I can get from you use "someone tell me everything about how system apps are loaded," which covers a lot of territory, so nobody is going to spend hours try to write an overview that covers everything they can think of in the hopes of giving you the information you need.
Also, at boot *not* all system apps are "loaded" so I'm not really even sure what you are looking for.
