What is the location strategy implemented by the proximity alert system? The documentation only specifies that it uses both the network and GPS providers. When does it use network and when does it use GPS?
For example, does it use the radius to decide (larger than some value, use network) weather to use the network or GPS provider or does it simply use the most accurate available provider?
