Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this question.

I am building an app that runs on Android and iPhone, and to sign in I'm
implementing an unlock pattern like Android's.
I know that this unlocking pattern is patented by Google/Android, so does
that mean that I would be infringing that patent by implementing it on my
app?
Would only be a infringement if it is on iPhone but it is ok on Android or
it is illegal on both?

If there any process/contact point to request for permission or that's out
of question?

This is an app that I'm planning to sell.. and although I don't think
Google would come after a single developer trying to sell an App, I would
rather be on the safe-side and don't get in troubles that I wouldn't be
able to afford to fight.
