I am trying to add a new feature to my current play store app. The new feature does require a new permission. Since not all my customer would want this new feature, so, I don't want to add this new permission to the apk. Will that be possible to develop an add-on feature (for example, for people who click the acquire button, the download will happen) which is free and this new add-on feature will require this new permission.
