I currently have about 78 orders that are not charged. It looks like many of the orders on the 4th and 5th are now "green" and charged, but this has caused daily revenue to be down about 50% right now.
I've sent Google a help email through the checkout "contact us" yesterday. Please, Google, find the problem.
