A clear understanding of rich internet applications is needed to communicate and document design interactions that communicate user intended interactions to the Business Analysts and Development team members. Qualifications: · 5-7 years IA experience · Strong software design wireframing, visual layout and content organization · Familiar with Axure or other wireframing software tools · Experience applying a web design standard · Knowledge of web client technologies (browsers, HTML,CSS) · An understanding of accessibility design issues · Experience applying usability testing techniques and principles · Proven understanding of user-centered design techniques & demonstrated ability to incorporate UCD principles into the architecture and design of user interfaces · Demonstrated ability in gathering and translating requirements from business sponsors, SMEs, users, business analysts and user experience leads *Wireframing and Axure experience is key here.* They are also requiring a few prescreening questions, see below. 1.
