*Supply Chain Change Management Lead Location : Lincolnshire, IL*

*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

The successful candidate will combine a consultancy skillset; excellent
interpersonal skills; domain knowledge of supply chain, enterprise resource
planning, or related areas; and extensive experience in learning needs
analysis, learning program design, and learning program quality assurance
and assessment.



Responsibilities include:

   - Partner closely with the Supply Chain Change Management (CM) lead to
   create a learning plan based upon a Supply Chain CM needs analysis
   - Consult with Supply Chain stakeholders to educate and guide them in
   the choice of training deliverable modality and duration, and align
   stakeholder expectations to learning best practices (right modality, right
   content, right duration, quality standards and guidelines, and
   pre-requisites for success)
   - Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to identify functional
   roles within the target population and to develop training approaches and a
   training curriculum for each functional role in scope
   - Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure that essential
   subject matter information is identified and made available to
   instructional designers and training developers in a timely fashion
   - Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure that leaders of
   facilitated learning sessions receive the necessary training, preparation,
   and support to conduct a successful learning event
   - Review training deliverables to ensure that they meet program
   requirements and applicable quality standards
   - Ensure that training deliverables are handed off to Learning Program
   Delivery team colleagues in a timely fashion with all the information
   necessary to schedule, assign, and deliver training classes and other
   learning events
   - Collect and analyze training feedback from learners and business
   stakeholders; identify lessons learned and design any remedial strategies
   as applicable
   - Perform other related duties as assigned by direct manager



*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*:

   - Bachelor’s degree
   - Minimum of 8 years of related experience
   - Extensive experience in the domain of supply management, enterprise
   resource planning, or related areas, preferably in the technology sector
   - Proven ability as a business consultant who has built strong
   relationships with senior stakeholders at the director level or above
   - Proven ability to manage divergent stakeholder interests and
   expectations and arrive at a unified approach; proven ability to secure
   senior stakeholder approval for a unified approach
   - Extensive experience in the design, delivery, quality assurance, and
   assessment of learning, talent development, or workplace performance
   enablement programs
   - Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, and
   globally distributed work environment
   - Experience in the design and implementation of change management
   initiatives preferred
