I can't find that permission in the official documentation. Isn't this deprecated?
Secondly, I'm using the emulator. I've tried both using the DDMS and telnet (geo fix) to send the coordinates. Both with no luck. I read somewhere that this works on windows. I'm using ubuntu (if that matters.)
