*Role         : HL7 Interface Engineer w/ Mirth or Rhapsody experience
Location : Alpharetta, GA*

*Duration : 6+ months *

*Interview: Phone then Skype*



*Objective:*

Lead full project life cycle development of HL7 Interfaces using
Integration Engine and other tools, application interface configuration and
maintenance, and production support. Responsible for analysis, support and
maintenance, of existing or planned HL7 or non HL7 built interfaces and
other integration solutions with focus on efficiency, standards and cost
effectiveness.



*Essential Functions:*

·         Development and support and maintain new and existing interfaces

·         Work across teams to define and optimize development processes

·         Work very closely with Software Development Team to ensure
successful implementation of new interface design and functionality.

·         Attend conferences, professional meetings, and represent the
Interface Development Team on internal initiatives as appropriate.

·         Awareness and understanding of latest user interface and
interaction design trends.

·         Create and update documentation on all interfaces

·         Perform other duties as assigned



*Required knowledge, skills and ability:*

1.       Experience in Clinical Information Systems with demonstrated
functional expertise in a clinical and/or technical area

2.       Experience using Mirth (or Rhapsody) to develop, test, deploy and
monitor HL7 interfaces

3.       Knowledgeable with SQL 2008/2012 including writing queries to view
specific data

4.       Knowledge in HL7 including ADT, ORU, ORM, SIU, message structure,
MSH and PID segments

5.       Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
