Hi,

This individual will interact with the business users, gather and document requirements, as well as to document application dependencies, and develop use cases. * Specific responsibilities will include working with the team and stakeholders to ensure that the database redesign and migration of data occurs with minimal impact to all current users. Customer Satisfaction • Serve as a business liaison between client and project teams • Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels • Document, track and resolve problems in client business systems Responsibilities • Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to help understand user interaction • Assist project manager in better understanding information gathered about user experience • Assist business clients in developing requirements for future use cases. Skills and Experience • Someone who is energetic and passionate about their work, extremely positive and solution driven • Requirements gathering skills and experience • Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision • Experience working with business and technical staffs to define, document, and track software requirements and design • B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience The ideal candidate will have previous experience working independently with limited supervision in a corporate environment. They should be able to relate to engineers as well as business end-users. The software is used to manage on-boarding and system access to a limited extent. It does not actually control access, but instead provides guidelines for access and a method of approvals for management staff. Microsoft SQL or MS SharePoint experience may be helpful, but is certainly not required. Experience working with 3rd party software vendors would be very beneficial, but is not required- The process of gathering requirements from end-users is very important for this role, as is the process for creating BRDs, so candidates should have solid experience performing those two roles. If they have that experience within a regulated industry, such as Pharma, banking, or defence, even better, but not required. The team may hire on culture fit, and the culture is somewhat conservative, risk-averse. *Priya Sonawane * First IT Solutions Desk : 510-470-6122 Email : psonaw...@1stitsolutions.com Hard work beats talent when talent refuses to work hard -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
