Experience leading Agile teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, and the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship within the IT and Business teams. *Required skills:* · 4+ years Scrum Master experience in IT · 4+ years’ experience with Web, Customer Experience Projects · 4+ years’ experience with Agile methodologies · 2+ years’ experience with Rally Agile Tool · 2+ years working with testing tools - Gherkin, TFS, or equivalent · 2+ years’ Experience with Sitecore · Strong analytical skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Scrum Master certification a plus *Responsibilities will include the following:* · Leader, who ensures that team follows the rules of the Agile framework, helping them to meet their daily and iteration objectives · Ability to understand the technical details of the project/application/system. · Responsible to remove impediments in the organization in order to keep the pace of the Scrum team, also helping to manage the teams relationships with outside stakeholders · Drive the Agile process, as well as facilitate and conduct team continuous improvements · Coordinate solution implementation and delivery of the Scrum team · Serve as communication liaison between the team and Product Owner, Architect, Release Engineer and business stakeholders · Plan retrospective reviews and planning sessions with team and product stakeholders · Act as first level escalation point for project issues within the Scrum team, and navigate fluently in the organization to timely resolve the blockers · Develop and Document detailed project schedules, status reports, resource allocation plans, and project budgets. · Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis. Effectively report status to project team members and executive sponsors. · Ability to identify, document, and resolve project risks and issues · Ability to effectively manage an Agile team · Identify and manage changes in work scope and communicate change impacts to the project sponsor. · Liaison between IT and the business, defining stakeholder demand and delivering technology to enable and meet project goals. Ensure high quality deliverable. · Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
