Minimum Job Specs: Bachelor's Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent. MBA, CPA or CFA a plus. At least 5 years of related professional experience. Extensive knowledge of business functions. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Very strong management, project management and leadership skills. Very strong relationship management skills. Experience / Background . Project management and vendor relationship expertise (3 years) . Demonstrated ability to implement integration solutions on-time and on-budget . Experience managing deployments within regulatory and audit environments . AGILE / Product Owner, SDLC expertise Role . Coordinate across STT and Vendor resources liaising with Portfolio Managers, Product Developers, Client Service, Technology and Settlements teams to achieve goals . Operate in a collaborative, professional, self-driven manner with a focus on thorough, timely analysis and robust, comprehensive solutions. . Create comprehensive project plans inclusive of workstreams and interdependencies with associated process models . Manage project scope; drive workstreams to completion on time and on budget . Define user workflows and system configuration; drive user adoption . Design UAT functional scenarios and scripts; coordinate and track UAT Skills . MS Project, Visio . Organized, detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables . Ability to effectively communicate task and project progress, status, dependencies and risks both verbally and in writing . Comfortable and adept at communicating with portfolio managers, developers & non-technical audiences . Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative fashion within a team environment on multiple tasks and projects . Ability to identify, understand and document process flows .
