This position has a high level of exposure, so we're looking for someone who will communicate clearly and influence associates at all levels. As a growing company, we'll need you to wear many hats, work fast and smart, and adapt and iterate quickly. *THIS POSITION IN A NUTSHELL: * Define SEO strategy for digital marketing campaign pods Monitor Organic Search performance and top competitor sites on a daily basis Define and track KPIs for ongoing SEO and content initiatives Identify and engage best agencies/vendors and negotiate global contracts Audit web pages and develop roadmap to help implement required changes Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy Exponentially grow website traffic through SEO and content marketing strategies Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results Learn from consumers to spearhead feature and content development to support aggressive customer acquisition goals Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development *WHAT YOU BRING: * You would describe yourself as being resourceful, analytical, self-motivating, and having great attention to detail You possess excellent organization and people skills, plus the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, and work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing environment.
