Apply innovation, creativity and improvement to existing business processes and implement technical/procedural improvements. Stay current with SAP technologies and industry best practices to ensure proper utilization of these in development. Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain SAP applications. Work with and mentor other members of the Development team providing cross module training and some on the job training for other members of the team. Required Skills: • 8+ years SAP ABAP programming experience with minimum 4 years of SAP CRM Web UI development experience. • Project Implementation experience with Web UI enhancements in sales. • 2 to 3 years’ experience with CRM BSP Component Workbench. • 2 to 3 years’ experience with CRM BOL / GENIL programming, AET & Action Profile. • Experience in SAP CRM 7.0, EhP1, EhP2 and ECC 6.0 FI and SD Modules. • Experience in SAP Workflow, Interfaces, Enhancement framework and CRM Middleware configuration/development. • Familiarity with CRM sales business processes and configuration. • ABAP Objects or Java Programming experience is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline • Proven experience working on all phases of a project from design through implementation and support. • Must be well organized and self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision. • Strong verbal/written communication skills. • Ability to work with others in a team environment. # of Years Required: 6 - 8 years' related experience Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
